Get your cardio somewhere else! Join us for Strongcamp — a fast-paced 45 minute strength workout that targets both upper and lower body, and everything in between. We pack a lot of work into this short class, but we leave out the running, the jumping, and the burpees! This class is perfect for both men and women looking to ease into a fitness program, or for those who want to add focused strength work to balance out their fitness program. Strongcamp is for beginners as well as advanced exercisers.

Pre-registration for strongcamp is required.
