Boot-Camp

Our 4 Week Bootcamp Program is offered 3 days a week at 6am and 6pm. Combine strength and cardio in this 60 minute class and take your fitness to the next level. This program is suitable for injury-free adults. All classes are outside in Maple Ridge.

Strong-Camp

Our 4 Week Strongcamp Program is offered 2 days a week at 6am only. This 45 minute class is strength based and is perfect if you are looking for a no impact solution to your exercise goals. This program is suitable for injury-free adults. All classes are outside in Maple Ridge.
